Some
countries only for some goods require the certificate of origin.
This form is used by customs at the destination to control
imports from particular countries, or to identify goods that
might qualify for preferential treatment based on agreements
between countries. If required, you should submit one original
certificate.
Some
countries, like Mexico and Israel, have their own certificate
of origin forms. Also, when shipping goods to Canada or Mexico
that qualify for reduced duty rates under NAFTA, a special
NAFTA certificate of origin is required.
