The customs officials of the country to which you're exporting may require a commercial invoice for dutiable (non-document) shipments. The invoice must be prepared on your company letterhead, which must contain your complete address and telephone number. When completed, attach the original and four copies (all signed separately) to your airway bill. It is advisable that you type all commercial invoices. Certain Latin American countries require that all commercial invoices be typed.  For your convenience, a commercial invoice in PDF format is available for printing.
